Q. Can faculty reserve group study rooms in the library?

Between the end of Thanksgiving break and the last day of the term,  November 29 through December 19, faculty may reserve a group study room in the Library.

A limited number of group study rooms will be reservable for faculty use during that period on a first-come, first-served basis.

To reserve a group study room, please contact Francine Flood by e-mail at francine.flood@manhattan.edu and include the date, start time, and end time.  Francine will confirm your reservation, or not, depending on the availability of rooms.

(Although we normally use 25LIVE for room reservations, and will continue to do so in the future, faculty reserving group study rooms during the November 29–December 19 period should contact Francine directly rather than using 25LIVE.)

The Library will have heat, light, and air during this period.  We do not have cameras or other equipment for faculty use, however, so you’ll need to bring your laptop and whatever cameras, microphones, cables, cords, etc., you’ll need.

If you have not made a reservation, you are still free to use any group study rooms that happen to be available, if no other library patrons are using them at the time.
