Does the library have a scanner?

Yes, there is a scanner on the fifth floor to the left after you enter the building, right past the printing kiosks. You can scan to your email, to a USB, your Google Drive, Dropbox or smartphone. However, though there is an icon for it you can't scan to print. You'd need to scan it to an email or to one of the file sharing option and then use one of the printing kiosks or computer lab with printer in order to print.
If this machine is busy and you have a flashdrive that you can scan to, the photocopiers behind the stairs on the fourth floor and the ones in the computer lab on the second floor can be used as scanners. But since they have no internet connection, you'll need to scan to a USB flashdrive, and won't be able to scan to your email, Google Drive, Dropbox or smartphone.
