How do I find an item in the library using the call number?

Books acquired since 1980 are shelved according to the Library of Congress Classification in the O'Malley Library. Books acquired prior to 1980 are shelved according to the Dewey Decimal Classification in the Cardinal Hayes Pavilion. Bound journals are shelved alphabetically in the Cardinal Hayes Pavilion.
